SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We drop-ship all in-stock book orders and merchandise within 2 business days of purchase. You’ll receive tracking information via email at the time your order ships.

PREORDERS
Is the book you want not available yet? No worries! Preorders allow you to reserve a book prior to its release to the public. Tender Buttons Books will authorize payment and ship your book as soon as it reaches our warehouse. Note that you may see a temporary payment authorization on your credit card account until we actually charge you for the book.
BACKORDERS
Our distributor carries thousands of titles and receives new stock on a daily basis. If a book is not currently available with the publisher, backorders will be placed with the distributor, and the book will be sent when it is back in stock. You will be notified via email if any book(s) or merchandise are temporarily out of stock or on backorder.
DELAYED SHIPMENTS
If a customer’s order has not been delivered by USPS within the stated time frame after the customer receives email confirmation that order(s) has shipped or if the order has not been delivered and the customer’s tracking number indicates that your product(s) was delivered, all customers must first contact USPS & file a claim. Kindly give USPS 10 days to locate the product(s) before emailing: orders@tenderbuttonsbooks.com.
When reaching out to us, please include the following information:
- Your original order number
- USPS/UPS claim information
- any other evidence of tracking the delivery with USPS. We will do our best to advocate for you and investigate the issue by using this information.
