RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Tender Buttons Books cannot accommodate cancellations or modifications to orders that have already been processed. If your book has arrived damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact customer care at orders@tenderbuttonsbooks.com (include your order number and the issue) within 3 days of receiving your book(s). Tender Buttons Books cannot accept returns for any other reason at this time. Thanks for your understanding.

Purchases that are accepted for a refund will only be credited the purchase price of the book. Shipping & handling fees charged at time of order are non-refundable.
